Gave up after waiting for service for 25min. Apparently only one waiter could take the order! The other waiters were idling about. Very strange system. Full review by MEISHWKRB

I agree with the other responders. Yes, there is an admission fee. My ticket from August says 11 euros. I don't know about discounts. The website will tell you what you need to know.

Hi When I was in transit I left my luggage in a secure luggage compartment at the train station which is beside the Ludwig Museum. It was not expensive and you get a key t take with you to open on your return. Not sure what the luggage section is like at the museum but I found it easier to leave my luggage at the station where I was returning to to cacth my train having visited the museum
