STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- With NYC congestion pricing in place, traffic might actually be improving, according to the MTA. This week, the agency unveiled a new batch of congestion pricing data that shows fewer cars and improved travel times on some of New York City’s highest-trafficked roads.

Congestion pricing report card: Less traffic, safer streets, cash for transit
