Choi Seung-hyun, also known by his stage name TOP, plays Thanos (Player 230) in Squid Game season 2. The musician has been less prominent since around 2016, when he was found guilty of using marijuana – an offence considered more serious in South Korea than it is in certain parts of the US and Canada, where it can be obtained legally.
