BUTLER — A child was flown to a hospital after being hit by a vehicle in the city of Butler. Butler City Police Chief Bob O’Neill says the child was hit around 3:30 p.m. and was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital by helicopter. The driver stayed on scene.

A child was reportedly struck by a vehicle near the intersection of West New Castle Street and Sixth Avenue in Butler. A medical helicopter has been called to the scene, according to Butler County

Two adults and two children were sent to the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash in Ross Township on Saturday evening.
