There is "hope" among some within the video game industry that Grand Theft Auto 6 will be priced between $80 and $100, one analyst has said.

With the advent of the ninth console generation (which we are now five years into – take a second to sit down), the standard price of big-budget games has gone up from $60 to $70 – but with the biggest-budget game in recent memory now looming on the horizon,

The only official content we've had from Rockstar Games itself is the first, and so far only, trailer for GTA 6 in December 2023 and there has not been any update from the studio about it since.
