Amad Diallo has signed a new contract to extend his stay at Manchester United until June 2030. The 22-year-old Ivory Coast international has scored six goals, contributed seven assists and won the club's player of the month award twice so far this season.

Amad Diallo is set to sign a new Manchester United contract to keep him at the club until 2030. The Ivory Coast international initially made his debut for the Red Devils in the Europa League back in February 2021 but it took two loan spells (at Rangers and Sunderland) and a further season in which he wasn't often utilised by former manager Erik ten Hag until he finally forced his way into the team.

The 20-year-old forward Charles Sagoe Jr has returned to Arsenal from a loan spell with League One side Shrewsbury Town, but that is unrelated to the current injury crisis. After Sagoe Jr made just five starts in the first half of the season, Shrewsbury opted to terminate the loan arrangement.
