Michigan State basketball moved up to No. 7 in both the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll and the AP in college basketball.

MSU, the winner of its last 13 contests, remained the Big Ten’s only unbeaten team and became the first team under head coach Tom Izzo to finish December and January without a loss.
