Tyrin Truong, the 25-year-old mayor of Bogalusa, Louisiana, was arrested for allegedly being a member of a drug trafficking organization.

A heavy police presence was seen Tuesday morning at the home of the Bogalusa mayor. Multiple law enforcement officers were seen at Tyrin Truong's home in Bogalusa early in the morning. Truong, along with six other Bogalusa residents, were subject to search and arrest warrants following an investigation done by the Louisiana State Police’s Narcotics/Violent Crime Task Force.
