Flash Flood, Debris Flow Risk as Storm Hits Wildfire Burn Areas in California
The National Weather Service has placed most of Southern California and parts of Central California under flood watches. Winter storm watches are also in effect for the Sierra Nevada and Siskiyou mountain ranges. Wednesday night: Heavy rain and strong winds arrive in Northern California and move inland overnight.
