Parts of San Diego County will be dealing with more Santa Ana winds starting Monday afternoon, and the fire weather conditions could mean potential San Diego Gas & Electric power shutoffs for many communities.

As wildfires continued to burn in Los Angeles, three fires broke out in San Diego County, prompting evacuation orders and warnings.

Evacuations were ordered Tuesday when the Friars Fire broke out near a San Diego mall and flames ran up a hillside toward residences, Cal Fire said

"A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly," the NWS said.
