A 13-year-old girl was charged with murder and arson after a mother of three was found dead inside a home in England on Monday, March 10, according to police.

A 13-year-old girl appeared in court after she was charged with murdering a woman whose body was found following a house fire. Police said the body was discovered at a property in Wellingborough, in the early hours of Monday morning.

A teenage girl has been charged with the murder of Marta Bednarczyk, a 43-year-old mother of three, in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The girl also faces charges of arson with intent to endanger life.

The youngster is charged with murder and arson with intent to endanger life, following the death of much-loved mum of three Marta Bednarczyk, 43. Earlier today, the girl appeared at the magistrates’ court where her case was immediately sent to the higher court.
