President Donald Trump's order to halt automatic citizenship for children born to parents in the country without legal authorization is blocked again.

Political analyst Megan Goldberg said the judicial branch doesn’t automatically review every single executive order. Blocks come into place when someone files a lawsuit to get it stopped.
