Manchester United have secured the signing of Patrick Dorgu from Serie A side Lecce for a fee of £25.2million ($31.2m; €30m) plus £4.2m in add-ons. Dorgu is United’s second signing of the January window after teenage centre-back Ayden Heaven’s arrival from Arsenal was confirmed on Saturday.

The 20-year-old Danish defender signed from Italian club Lecce in a £30m transfer and has the profile to shine in Ruben Amorim’s 3-4-3 system
