The Boston Licensing Board is investigating after a woman woke up alone in the bathroom of a Faneuil Hall bar after the establishment had closed for the night. An officer responding to a report of a person inside Ned Devine’s Irish pub just after 2 a.

The woman "did not remember how she got there or what had happened during the night,” police said at a recent board hearing.

"This was an unfortunate error... The staff literally failed to do everything they should have," a lawyer for Ned Devine's said.
