It was AI-generated and showed Dr. King posing with the "Pound Town" rapper in what appeared to be a nightclub.

"This is intentionally dishonoring, deplorable, and disrespectful of my family and my father," Bernice King wrote on X Tuesday (Jan. 21).

Martin Luther King’s daughter, Bernice King, recently slammed rapper Sexyy Red for posting an AI-generated image of her and Martin on MLK Day. Although Red later apologized for it, many users on social media also criticized her for the post.

Sexyy Red has never shied away from controversy, often making bold and attention-grabbing moves in her career. However, on January 20, the rapper sparked backlash with an AI-generated image she posted as a tribute on Martin Luther King Jr.
