Donna Adelson’s attorneys filed another motion Wednesday arguing divorce papers between her daughter Wendi and Dan Markel should not be included as evidence in her trial.

Markel, a Florida State University law professor, was murdered in the midst of a bitter court battle with his ex-wife, Wendi Adelson, who is Donna Adelson’s daughter and Charlie Adelson’s sister.
