As thousands of protesters demonstrating against President’s Trump mass deportation and immigration policies clogged the streets and 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles Sunday, smaller protests erupted in several cities across Southern California and the United States.

Groups of protestors waving Mexican flags and homemade signs with pro-immigration messages were seen gathering throughout San Diego on Sunday, with the main message being -- "stop mass deportation."

"The real criminal is in the White House," one sign read. Another read "Jesus said 'Love Thy Neighbor,' not deport them."
