It’s a somber day in Delaware as thousands are expected to pay their respects to fallen Delaware State Police Corporal Matthew “Ty” Snook before he’s laid to rest later today. This morning, a procession carried Snook through the streets of his home state. His hearse was led by his fellow troopers on motorcycles with his wife following close behind. The honor guard then carried his casket, draped in an American flag, inside the Bob Carpenter Center at the University of Delaware for his funeral se
